These will be granted by the House of Twelve through council. Decisions
will be based on things like: dedication, dependability, donations, having requirements filled for current rank, and above
all your loyalty to the guild and the House of Twelve. Promotions will not be based on level.
Only Shade Templars, the Wasted Disciple, and the Soul Primordial
have access to withdrawl from bank at the present time. If you see something in the vault you need, or just some money,
please advise a Shade Templar and they will be happy to assist you.
